
So this is just for you Jessy! I have 106 days left until the competition and I seriously need some more muscle, but I am working on it. I started a new training program called High Intensity Training. Hurts like a mother chicken but hopefully it will break me out of my plateau.

You look fabulous for being 2 1/2 months out!!! Thanks fir posting a pic just for me..I feel so special! Okay so what's High Intensity training? Is that where you do only one set but you're supposed to hit muscle failure by the end of the set? I started interval training and I LOVE the feeling of getting ready to puke. It makes me feel like i'm actually doing something. I'm almost into my pre-maddy capris. My goal is to be able to wear then by the time I go see Aaron.
